Travel in TurkeyTurkey travel offers many pleasures to the
sailing vacation enthusiasts. The Turkish
cruise area is very suitable for sailing
because the seas are generally calm and it does not involve any substantial open
sea cruising. You will
also have time to enjoy visiting the small coastal villages in lagoon like
bays.
It is better to avoid the high peak
season (July 25th - September 10th).
Not only most of the services offered
(including charter fees of all sorts) are
more expensive, but you will find most of
the destinations -especially the popular
ones- crowded and overpopulated.
At
the season's edges (late April and early
October) you will find chartering in very
reasonable prices, when the weather is still
warm and pleasant. |

What to bring with
you |
| No matter where your holiday
destination may be, they have a number
of things in common: the sun, the sea
and the fact that you will need to live
for the duration on a yacht. There are a
few items you should not forget to take
with you, as they will make your life on
board easier and safer... |
