Athens/Athens 2week basic On this fortnight itinerary from Athens (you may start from Alimos Marina, Lavrion or Olympic Marine depended on your charter agency's location), you will visit some of the Cycladic islands, as well as the Saronic Gulf islands.

The itinerary has a medium difficulty rate, allowing you to visit ten islands in 12 sailing days, a total of 344 nm with an average sailing distance of 28 nm every day.  The southest port of the trip (Ios island) is reached in the 4rth day.  This way, you will have plenty of time for the return, sailing against the usual NW wind (meltemi) blowing in the Aegean in the summer months. On this tour you will visit cosmopolitan ports (like Myconos or Paros) and quite picturesque villages (like Loutra on Kythnos) and allows two resting days in the ports of your choice.  Most of the suggested harbours are safe at all weather.
