Sidenote
To operate a yacht charter agency in Greece you have
to be member of GNTO, which is a guarantee to the consumer that the
company operates under the laws and regulations of Greece (there is also
a "bond" of €10.000 the company must deposit to the GNTO to protect the
clients' interests).
A yacht owner does not need to be a member
of the GNTO in order to charter his OWN boat only -he is NOT allowed to
charter other peoples yachts.
