What.. When to go.. Where to go..

Differences when bareboating in Bermuda
  • Each company issue their own charter contract.  Although they are -more or less- similar there are differences and you should ask from your agency to provide you one to read it carefully before you make your booking.
  • The strongest currents and largest waves are most often on the northeastern sides of the island in the Atlantic Ocean
  • The coral surrounding the island poses a hazard for yachters unaware of its location
  • One person with sailing skills within your crew is enough to legally charter a bareboat
  • Spear-fishing is expressly prohibited within one mile of any shore, and sewage must be stored in holding tanks or be sanitized by U.S. Coast Guard-approved marine sanitation devices
