Your anchor text

Although it is possible to set your link under the "whole" text of yours, it is better for you (and your site's rankings in the search engines) if you limit your "anchor text" in the keywords you would like to rank well.  For example, in the following text:

"Book your next charter in Greece with MegaYachts ltd.

the "anchor text" is the phrase "charter in Greece".
